Eligibilities
Wealthy Pensioner (50 years and Above)
1. Passive income - 40,000 USD (Salaries or active income will not be considered as the income requirement for the 10 years visa free for Thailand*)
2. Invest 250,000 USD in Thai Condos.
3. Health Insurance that covers 50,000 USD or maintains and deposits at least 100,000 USD in a bank account under the applicants name for more than 12 months.
4. Bank Balance of at least 100,000 USD for the past 12 months.
Wealthy Global Citizen
1. Minimum average income of 80,000 USD a year in the past 2 years.
2. Own 1 million USD in assets(investment of 500,000 USD in Thai Condos and 500,000 USD in other assets.)
3. Health Insurance that covers 50,000 USD or maintains and deposits at least 100,000 USD in a bank account under the applicants name for more than 12 months.
